Help with forms in Acrobat 9

using xp , acrobat 9 standard:
i have 3 questions working forms don't find answered anywhere.
1. can edit info in document message bar? if how?

2. can join form fields? want combine short text field on 1 line longer text field on next line info wrap 2nd line. instance, there short question rest line being blank. next line across whole page. want top line continue onto 2nd line. understand checking multi-line option in preferences form field deep enough hold several lines, want short line included also.

one of problems may need have form available hard lines hand completion , available want complete online.

3. once make form can completed online, have 'distribute' it? want upload website members can download, complete , email attachment. have special accomplish this?
