PDF creation, digital signing and then extracting data

we have desktop application capable of importing ms excel spreadsheets, extracting data , storing in database.the application generates report , converts pdf. pdf subsequently digitally signed , stored in local disk.

the technology environment is:
1) vb.net v2.0
2) sql server 2005
3) active reports datadynamics
4) itext digitally signing pdf document

we add hpertext link on pdf. upon user-click extract text data pdf , send in xml format external application/website data processing.

my question...

what ways in can extract of text data available in pdf , send external page called link?

are there freeware/shareware/ utilities or api allow me perform functionality.

i new pdf creation , manipulation , in regards welcome.

we open suggestions changing ways things working , open other technical options.

awaiting responses lead me furhter.

Sketch upload fails with Java error (___REMOVE___/bin/avrdude)!

i have question regarding arduino bootloader. wanted use attiny816 micro controller in ongoing project of mine. can please let me know how program controller using arduino ide. here link datasheet attiny816 . adding support going *huge* production. months of work feels arduino. features oh sexy, *everything* different, old libraries, totally out. needs rewritten. i've ordered few of chips, they're still not shipping major vendors yet. it bigger change  ever before in avr core - they've changed every aspect of underlying hardware.
