Arduino Ethernet and Usb2Serial does not connect to COM port

hi guys,

i have problems connecting arduino pc. i'll try explain happened.

i using arduino ethernet usb2serial play servo motor (single) mg996r. setup : arduino ethernet, usb2serial , servo connected pin9 , +5v , gnd arduino) of them powered usb.
i playing few days, worked charm wasn't satisfied motor behavior. suspected problem because powered motor arduino , not separate power source. 
i've try connect external adapter (12v) arduino jack connector give them more power (adapter 12v , 3a). behaviour of motor didn't changed, suspected arduino curcuit can't supply enough power motor.
then try connect external power supply (adapter 7.5v 1a) motor (+ , gnd only) , signal cable still connected arduino (pin 9). connected gnd arduino - of power adapter.

it working until 1 moment when pc start not recognize com3 port (where before).
arduino still working, servo moving using last uploaded program can not see more com3 port.
i've tried change usb, didn't - usb still working (i've checked usb drive).
arduino can powered external power source (12v) or usb - continues work can not see com3 port.

maybe fried usb2serial don't know how. haven't connected other power source (7.5v) arduino - servo.

also had problems usb when external power source (12v) connected arduino. had turn power, connect usb , had transfer program.

any ideas, suggestions? in adavance

Error Message when accessing Adobe

i downloaded recent adobe reader 8.1 , having problems opening program. i receive error message "adobe reader 8.1 has encountered problem , needs close. sorry inconvenience" i'm using windows xp i have same problem after upgrading adobe reader 7 reader 8.1.2. have repaired without success @ least 5 times. have uninstalled, downloaded, , reinstalled reader 8.1.2 @ least 5 times no success in correcting issue. i run xp media center. Adafruit Huzzah with Arduino Uno
