Font problem

i have application written in asp.net, generates pdf version of html page appears on screen using 3rd party component (expertpdf html2pdf). fonts not embedded in pdf.

when generate pdf 1 computer, system uses timesnewromanpsmt pdf font, while on computer microsoft sans serif font used (instead of times new roman). characters, therefore, appear incorrectly.

afaik, tool requires adobe reader installed work, problem *might* related adobe reader installation , configuration. therefore, questions problem:

1) timesnewromanpsmt font? found on hard disk, , why used instead of desired times new roman?

2) how come 1 pdf use serif font, while other sans serif font? both computers use reader v8 on microsoft windows

3) acrobat specify "default font" used, when generating pdf?

thanks :)

it sounds need ask folks @ expert pdf how remedy this. it's font embedding issue.

it's in creation of file, not reader issue.
