Anti-aliasing dotted type rules in INDD PDFs

hello there

i wonder if can me. in indesign cs3, have created type dotted line above using 'rule above' method. when export pdf comes in acrobat reader 7 & 8 text aliased fine, dots of rule not anti-aliased. have tried both inbuilt 'export pdf' , 'save pdf' command in print menu. have tried exporting 'pdf/x-4' , 'smallest file size'. have tried turning compression off, 'line art' still no joy. prints out fine, viewing web has on screen. when draw rule , apply inbuilt dotted style happens. have tried creating own dotted rule , still no joy.

has ideas on how solve this?

Sketch upload fails with Java error (___REMOVE___/bin/avrdude)!

DHT11 Time out error using v0.4.1library
