can't see the 2560 board

hi,
recently have purchased white freaduino mega2560 board elecfreak.
when connect, can see old uno board on ide port,
but when connect new mega 2560 board,
and select mega 2560 board tools menu,
i not see board on com port.
tried other ports of laptop.
my latest version of ide 1.8.0.
any suggestions please ?

if board has ch340g, may need drivers it.

Sketch upload fails with Java error (___REMOVE___/bin/avrdude)!

sd card Could not find FAT16/FAT32 partition [solved]

hi, while checking sd card connection, the error message shown below: initializing sd card...wiring correct , card present. card type: sdhc could not find fat16/fat32 partition. make sure you've formatted card --------------------------------- how can fix problem? i've bought micro sd card (samsung microsdxc) don't think it's problem of old version.. thanks help! which version of sd library using(can checked @ sketch > include library > manage libraries... )? there issue 1.1.0 1.1.1 should fix it.
