Major issue with Reader - Runtime Error
i cannot use reader - i've been getting intercept 10 days , have requests in tech support [case #0180679201] no response in on week.
if can fix, in debt

how heck fix this? i'm on vista platform plenty of ram , drive space
i have uninstalled program twice, done regedit, reinstalled , still same thing!

if fixing on 1 system this.
1. right click acrord32.exe in adobe 9 install directory.
2. go compatibility tab , check "run program in compatibility mode for:" choose windows xp sp2.
3. adobe reader 9 should work fine now.
if fixing enterprise need create application compatibility fix 1 fix , push out adobe reader 9.
1. download , install microsoft act toolkit windows vista.
2. open compatibility administrator , create new application fix adobe reader. let read documentation on how done.
3. compatibility fix need apply winxpsp2versionlie.
4. install compatibility fix , adobe reader 9 should work fine now.
i cannot put words how ridiculous problem has not been fixed adobe.
