i wanted create submenu appears on content pages , leads different related content pages.

ie...content>menu> related content 1, related content 2, related content 3

i want appear on left side column.

also related content needs in dynamic list form.  users can select how want listing appear.  (ie buy best rating, most/least expensive, alphabetically)

lastly wanted lists contain 5 star rating program users can rate.
