Thread: Linksys WUSB54GC and rt2870 Ubuntu 9.10

i @ wits end frustration. ubuntu 9.10 , variants, lime , kubuntu, have tried. see damn thing both default driver came ubuntu 9.10 , 2.3 ralink site. device isn't responding when plugged in , scanning networks. network manager knows network adapter , not using ever. other noted issues causes kernal hang when shutting down box, not sure why. can't load ubuntu gnome device plugged in, hal having problems it.

for adapter.. tx-power or control of device has me bothered. besides power management flag, , tx-power things different other wireless adapter on box. linux , or drivers don't know how use @ level. don't know look.

don't know looking anymore make device "turn on" , scan networks in windows.

looking suggestions paths solution feel simple problem.

have followed of posts chip out there , need getting through this. when see no posts or replies looks have not asked right question "intelligence" out there. don't know if because of week end or holiday season.

Sketch upload fails with Java error (___REMOVE___/bin/avrdude)!

Arduino Uno + KTY81/210 temperature sensor

hi, sorry, new , unsure lot of things, need clarification. haven't found information explains how , why things work, "do this, that" i following guide ( arduino-thermistor-temperature-sensor-tutorial ) connect thermistor arduino uno. here temperature sensor information: temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 part.no.:   kty81-210 name:   temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 description:   2.5mm, 1980...2020ohm, -55...+150°c and here sensor's data-sheet: sensor data-sheet i have connected same way in guide. works , values being serial printed. what don't understand: 1. thermistor's , resistor's ohm value should equal, correct? in case 2000 ohm? 2. thermistor has ptc, i'm guessing have invert math or use ntc thermistor instead correct values?
