Adobe Reader 9.x crashes when opening some pdf files that work fine with Adobe Reader 8.x

adobe reader 9 crashes when opening approximately 10% 20% of pdfs in collection. remaining 80% 90% work without problems. pdfs launched double-clicking pdf file windows explorer. crashes occur both v9.0 , v9.1. pdfs crash in v9.x work fine in older versions of adobe reader, such v8.1.3. furthermore, behavior occurs on 3 virtual machine hosted on same physical machine, default adobe reader settings, both v9.0 , v9.1. virtual machines have little running in memory except standard windows executables - i.e. pristine. operating systems virtual machines xp sp3, xp sp2, , windows server 2003.

operating system real computer: xp sp3
cpu: 1333 mhz athlon single core
ram: 1 gb

to sum up, problem happens on both real computer running xp sp3, , on 3 virtual machines hosted on same physical computer. tried changing reader setting not use hardware rendering, no avail. tried various data execution prevention settings in windows, no avail. operating systems, real , virtual ones, not have problems other programs use. tried second machine adobe reader v9.1 , same exact problem pdfs, , had no issues. thus, problem happens on 1 of computers, on real , 3 virtual operating systems on machine. there no errors reported during of reader installations. virtual machines had no prior versions of reader prior reader installation.

it reader issue or file issue. adobe has pushed each new
version of reader stricter in enforcement of pdf standards.
some old files indeed not work on purpose. however,
issue of reader not working properly.

Sketch upload fails with Java error (___REMOVE___/bin/avrdude)!

Arduino Uno + KTY81/210 temperature sensor

hi, sorry, new , unsure lot of things, need clarification. haven't found information explains how , why things work, "do this, that" i following guide ( arduino-thermistor-temperature-sensor-tutorial ) connect thermistor arduino uno. here temperature sensor information: temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 part.no.:   kty81-210 name:   temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 description:   2.5mm, 1980...2020ohm, -55...+150°c and here sensor's data-sheet: sensor data-sheet i have connected same way in guide. works , values being serial printed. what don't understand: 1. thermistor's , resistor's ohm value should equal, correct? in case 2000 ohm? 2. thermistor has ptc, i'm guessing have invert math or use ntc thermistor instead correct values?
