Finding my professor and registering the data on a tablet
hi,
i have got project group of mine find our professor when inside our school. have thought of using sensors everywhere , make them communicate arduino card whom connected display (tablet?) registers everytime professor bypasses sensor, example: 21.30 ---- proffesor x @ office --- 08.01.2017. plan use tablet monitor outside office , user can @ tablet , see last 10 or more places bypassed.
what question is, dont know how make sensors communicate eachother, , possible make arduino card communicate proffesors phone? thinking whenever bypasses sensor --> phone direct signal arduino card register on database , show on tablet.
anyone have tips how start?

the sensors don't need communicate each other. need communicate main board.
if prof has bluetooth enabled on phone use bluetooth modules , if pair close phone.
