Problem PulseSensor(pulsesensor.com) with Arduino Nano v3.0

hello friends, first post , english not good. i'm trying connect pulsesensor arduino nano v3.0,  measurements incorrect. @ moment i'm using library. tried 5v , 3.3v, doesn't work. have tried isolating sensor, still not work. should change in library?
