Can I automatically hide the Menu Bar, Toolbar, and Navigation pane without having to press F4, F8,

i'm using reader 7.0.9 on vista. i've been reading many pdfs , everytime open 1 reader menu bar, toolbar, , navigation pane there. there way hide them automatically on reader startup? perhaps registry setting?

i'm accustomed pressing f4, f8, , f9 it's minor annoyance. fullscreen nice too, it'd best if have them hidden automatically @ starup.

thanks can offer!
