How do I W I D E N the template - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

it seems me templates joomla weird reason narrow -- professional web sites have seen take more screen real estate , i'd know basic steps necessary to  w d e n template reaches screen edge screen edge.  joomla templates cute, there lot of wasted real estate on either side.

is simple make such change template?

well... simple answer "sometimes, yes... no". depends how proficient html coding (i.e. interpreting (sometimes poorly coded) structure laid down template designer and implementing required edits). in cases, example, simple editing parameters of fixed-width, "outer" table to:

code: select all

<table width="100%">

and watch internal structure of tr's/td's/divs fall place.
in other cases, editing 1 parameter of design can blow whole thing hell , back! div-based layouts, particularly!!!  ;) forum full of people struggling rhuk solar flare 2.

btw - i'm not saying rhuk's design bad - far it! using regularly-seen example highlight earlier point - "interpretation" of layout structure required, before bashing on edits! or, there unforseen consequences!  :laugh:

Arduino Uno + KTY81/210 temperature sensor

hi, sorry, new , unsure lot of things, need clarification. haven't found information explains how , why things work, "do this, that" i following guide ( arduino-thermistor-temperature-sensor-tutorial ) connect thermistor arduino uno. here temperature sensor information: temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 part.no.:   kty81-210 name:   temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 description:   2.5mm, 1980...2020ohm, -55...+150°c and here sensor's data-sheet: sensor data-sheet i have connected same way in guide. works , values being serial printed. what don't understand: 1. thermistor's , resistor's ohm value should equal, correct? in case 2000 ohm? 2. thermistor has ptc, i'm guessing have invert math or use ntc thermistor instead correct values?
