Programming through another IDE and compiler

hi!
i interested in getting new arm compiler (asm), want program directly through assembly. (support), finded compiler used? instead of normal arduino ide & compiler. arm compiler? mixed c , asm?

you can mix c , asm arm arduino ide , compiler.  seems fit requirements already.  arduino ide trying avoid. 

personally, eclipse.  still using arduino toolchain.  works else imho.
