when turn him on want him systems check of sorts i've added photo of commands need him fill. robot needs stay within 5ft of beacon i'm trying use bluetooth within bot cellphone beacon. within 5ft want him autonomously roaming around. using 2 arduino megas, 5 distance sensors, 4 motors. outside 5ft want him navigate it.
the head consist of arduino mega a. 2 sharp analog infrared distance sensors in front angled to meet sensors angle of vision. dubbing angle size. (wider non overlapping angle) , 1 sharp analog ir distance sensor in see behind it. other 2 sensors 650 nm laser distance sensors 1 angled down in front on edge of bot other angled same down back checking 1" raise or drop in floor. there bluetooth unit relaying directions body. (they separate)
the boddy receive signal via bluetooth relay the arduino mega b. arduino motor shield. witch in turn transmits 2 dc3 - 6v 1:48 motor gearbox kit w/65mm rubber wheels. move body forward backward turn left right. 2 stepper motors. 1 5v 4 phase 5.625° per step wanna half step head rotation. body needs stay in sequence head while moving. while still head has free motion, before moving again body needs orient head before moving again.
the other stepper motor same type not halfstepped. need 3 positions head straight up, head looking down, , head tilted back.
both head motors in body head/lazers connected magnets. need him play audio files using arduino 120801 micro sd card reading , writing board. 4.5in 10w 8ohm full range pincushion speaker @ right time.
