Is the type of forum shown here really the best type for Joomla 1.5? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi there.

i've been around forums long, long time (15+ years) , have ask question:  vbulletin-style forum best forum style you've got?  think forum software terrible on eyes , navigation.

i've been looking past 2 years serious upgrade phpbb-style forums cms's, , keep hearing sorts of people switching joomla! because "it's better."

this entire summer have looked , looked @ website real alternative of things have on fully-customized site.  have tell disappointed see here @ website... , frustrates me because i'm tired of phpbb-stuff.

first of all, these extensions being built, site show them?  want pictures here in forums know i'm looking at!  pictures worth thousand words.

secondly, see little on site how these extensions , modules come work on site - technically how work.  in long experience user, have been frustrated people not telling me how extension's code talks cms - especially forum software.

so guess i'm asking is, user manual place, , joomla?  way can started making site better , possibly integrating it.  i'm sorry gpl developers, don't trust anymore.

i apologize sounding negative, frustrated way joomla.org set up, , know made much, simpler.

hmm...
you've not spent summer profitably, then. seem have missed of basic stuff.
so, uhh... first of all... "extensions" demonstrated/supported (in cases, pictures) on sites of 3rd-party developers. not here on joomla.org. these guys building joomla. , doing job of it.
you try links (to extension devs' sites) found in description of each item in joomla extensions site.
i guess (for necessary "coding skillz"), try browsing joomla developers site if wanna under hood , figure out how stuff "talks" joomla.
there's links both of sites @ top of page. that's right, they're individual sites. forum. it's stand-alone smf install.
oh, , user manual... found info on first page of results forum search. couldn't simpler.

Arduino Uno + KTY81/210 temperature sensor

hi, sorry, new , unsure lot of things, need clarification. haven't found information explains how , why things work, "do this, that" i following guide ( arduino-thermistor-temperature-sensor-tutorial ) connect thermistor arduino uno. here temperature sensor information: temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 part.no.:   kty81-210 name:   temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 description:   2.5mm, 1980...2020ohm, -55...+150°c and here sensor's data-sheet: sensor data-sheet i have connected same way in guide. works , values being serial printed. what don't understand: 1. thermistor's , resistor's ohm value should equal, correct? in case 2000 ohm? 2. thermistor has ptc, i'm guessing have invert math or use ntc thermistor instead correct values?
