Hardware between computer and chip

hi,
my first post.

i'm new arduino, , speak basic.  hoping try learn arduino language, on christmas. 

i want if can connect computer chip programmed without , arduino board.

i working on radio chips, , have blindly programmed arduino program radio chip 'module' (including atmega chip) via usbasp usb adaptor.  if possible, that's want.

can programming done way?

your description not @ clear.

it useful, if not quite essential, have @ least 1 arduino board - uno best things work it.

if have (say) atmega 328 on breadboard , if has arduino bootloader program on can upload program pc using usb-ttl cable. regularly.

you can buy atmega 328s bootloader installed.

however useful able upload bootloader , can done uno between pc , atmega 328 on breadboard. after bootloader installed not need use uno if prefer not to.

Sketch upload fails with Java error (___REMOVE___/bin/avrdude)!

Arduino Uno + KTY81/210 temperature sensor

hi, sorry, new , unsure lot of things, need clarification. haven't found information explains how , why things work, "do this, that" i following guide ( arduino-thermistor-temperature-sensor-tutorial ) connect thermistor arduino uno. here temperature sensor information: temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 part.no.:   kty81-210 name:   temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 description:   2.5mm, 1980...2020ohm, -55...+150°c and here sensor's data-sheet: sensor data-sheet i have connected same way in guide. works , values being serial printed. what don't understand: 1. thermistor's , resistor's ohm value should equal, correct? in case 2000 ohm? 2. thermistor has ptc, i'm guessing have invert math or use ntc thermistor instead correct values?
