OP Amp for current measurement

hey all.
im looking op amp deliver me great performance amplifying voltage schunt. im gonna meassuring max current of 200ma , need use small schunt can. cant big volage drop. know of decent op amp isnt expensive , available. wanted use ina199 not available live, dont seem sell type of ina. thats reason need known... want op amp, not ic it.

use shunt has 75mv output there tons of them available on aliexpress if able order there.

as far op-amp boost voltage there's op-835, op-2835 or op-amps in the lm-10 , lt-1635 great ground referenced current monitoring.

Sketch upload fails with Java error (___REMOVE___/bin/avrdude)!

Programming ATtiny816 using Arduino IDE

i have question regarding arduino bootloader. wanted use attiny816 micro controller in ongoing project of mine. can please let me know how program controller using arduino ide. here link datasheet attiny816 . adding support going *huge* production. months of work feels arduino. features oh sexy, *everything* different, old libraries, totally out. needs rewritten. i've ordered few of chips, they're still not shipping major vendors yet. it bigger change  ever before in avr core - they've changed every aspect of underlying hardware.
