Windows can't find drivers.

i bought arduino uno r3 yesterday. it's chinese clone. has atmega328p , mega16u2 both. i've installed ide fully. can't find ports. tools > ports option greyd out, cannot find options named "ports (com & lpt)" or "other devices" in device manager. can't upload sketch board. tried on both win7 sp1(32 bit) & win10(64 bit), installed in same pc in different partitions. i've roamed accross stackexchange no successful result.

try different usb cable, ensure cable seated. try different pc (no need install ide, see if unknown device detected) - put 16u2 dfu mode , see if detected (google 16u2 dfu mode).
