RFID code

im new arduino want jump in @ deep end , want create program when rfid come contact correct key turns green led on. if led on button pressed want turn led on , every time pressed after want turn different led on 5 seconds. want if rfid key isnt present. turn everythgin off want have remove rfid key , hold button 5 seconds. can invision in head hard write down sorry if not clear. id prefer learn how write code me dont have clue start.

draw out a picture of how see working , individual parts work. rfid part last, model switch being high/low start , other buttons , leds working, add in rfid reading part last.
