Thread: How to change the timezone permanently?

so, here's problem. every time i'm trying change timezone, last until i'm restarting comp again, seems doesn't save changes permanently.
i'm using ubuntu v9.10 installed through wubi. timezone set via bios.

should do?

i still have problem.

DHT11 Time out error using v0.4.1library
