Water level Controller with dispenser

i making project open-loop water level controller allows manually fills automatically dispense excess water depending upon set level in potentiometer. using ultrasonic sense height of water , water valve @ bottom of cylindrical glass dispense water. new in arduino , can't find existing sites or videos guide me one. can me code this? answer highly appreciated. thank in advance!
