Enabling for commenting in Reader problem

hi all, have strange problem right now, maybe here able explain me.

i have pdf documents have been "enable commenting in adobe reader" using adobe acrobat 7 pro. if open these files acrobat 7 pro , got in "file/document properties/security" in "document restriction summary" section, commenting feature set "allowed".
everything fine now.

but, if open same file in adobe reader 9 , right-click in page , select "properties" , go in "security" tab, commenting feature set "not allowed"

how can ? have happen acrobat says commenting allowed , reader says not ?

almost forgot mention : files enabled commenting using acrobat 7 pro in 2007. other files runs in reader 9 enabled acrobat 7 pro in 2008 because there update during time period have change way files enabled commenting ?

Sketch upload fails with Java error (___REMOVE___/bin/avrdude)!

Arduino Uno + KTY81/210 temperature sensor

hi, sorry, new , unsure lot of things, need clarification. haven't found information explains how , why things work, "do this, that" i following guide ( arduino-thermistor-temperature-sensor-tutorial ) connect thermistor arduino uno. here temperature sensor information: temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 part.no.:   kty81-210 name:   temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 description:   2.5mm, 1980...2020ohm, -55...+150°c and here sensor's data-sheet: sensor data-sheet i have connected same way in guide. works , values being serial printed. what don't understand: 1. thermistor's , resistor's ohm value should equal, correct? in case 2000 ohm? 2. thermistor has ptc, i'm guessing have invert math or use ntc thermistor instead correct values?
