Certificate not valid

hi

i have customer using reader 7.0 version 7.0.9 english.
we have added root certificate reader , configured valid "signatures , trusted root" , "certified documents" in certificate details can see selected path valid.
our problem is, in our signed invoice signature still shown unknown. have built configuration in our office , here works. have idea can problem?
