Factory Reset - Arduino Yun

hello everyone,

    me , fellow partner of mine trying use arduino yun in senior project of ours, have been regulared "arduino" guy , trying "factory reset" our arduino yun. had tinkered during past semester trying follow tutorial series refresh myself on few aspects of it. essentially, rather reset factory setting can work scratch , follow necessary steps, have no clue ip address , matter, can't interact arduino web page. appreciate , if needs additional information, please ask.

**note** : partner had bought different distributor or whatever, , in process of getting more information them can securely log in , use own password going forward..

first make sure yun turned on , wait white led (usb) on.

have tried in browser type "arduino.local" ? gives yun luci interface ip adresses of yun.

or  type in browser ip adress of router yun connected. somewhere on router's pages
you can dhcp client list. adress of yun should among them.

or on linux (ubuntu) can type : sudo nmap -sp <ip adress of router yun connected>/24
(no space between last digit of ip adress , slash !)
this give clientlist.

Sketch upload fails with Java error (___REMOVE___/bin/avrdude)!

Arduino Uno + KTY81/210 temperature sensor

hi, sorry, new , unsure lot of things, need clarification. haven't found information explains how , why things work, "do this, that" i following guide ( arduino-thermistor-temperature-sensor-tutorial ) connect thermistor arduino uno. here temperature sensor information: temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 part.no.:   kty81-210 name:   temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 description:   2.5mm, 1980...2020ohm, -55...+150°c and here sensor's data-sheet: sensor data-sheet i have connected same way in guide. works , values being serial printed. what don't understand: 1. thermistor's , resistor's ohm value should equal, correct? in case 2000 ohm? 2. thermistor has ptc, i'm guessing have invert math or use ntc thermistor instead correct values?
