Masimo universal resposable spO2 pulse oximeter

so long story short, ended taking disposable oximeter (http://www.masimo.com/sensors/universal-resposable-spo2.htm) home me after $40k hospital visit, figured i'd better leave , tossed in garbage otherwise! quick hook , start tinkering it. fact (from understand) oxygen saturation level requires photoresistor take readings both ir led , red led. have hooked , getting readings, i'm not sure how differentiate signal each source. have idea how done?(i'm not sure data i'm receiving meant serial communication) sort of getting resembles pulse, along feedback. assume circuit cleaned quite bit using caps, maybe h bridge , maybe pulse come through more cleanly, if that's is... if it's not it's quite coincidence peaks , falls happen in unison pulse, think i'm on right track.

i made video time, shows circuit , data i'm receiving in line graph (like ecg readout) using unity3d.  also attached picture of circuit.

any ideas, suggestions, comments, datasheets these sensors, demands, cash donations appreciated!



hi; have 1 of also, month when had robot attached experienced surgeon cutting stuff through 5 holes in abdomen 4 hours.  did real work...

Arduino Uno + KTY81/210 temperature sensor

hi, sorry, new , unsure lot of things, need clarification. haven't found information explains how , why things work, "do this, that" i following guide ( arduino-thermistor-temperature-sensor-tutorial ) connect thermistor arduino uno. here temperature sensor information: temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 part.no.:   kty81-210 name:   temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 description:   2.5mm, 1980...2020ohm, -55...+150°c and here sensor's data-sheet: sensor data-sheet i have connected same way in guide. works , values being serial printed. what don't understand: 1. thermistor's , resistor's ohm value should equal, correct? in case 2000 ohm? 2. thermistor has ptc, i'm guessing have invert math or use ntc thermistor instead correct values?
