Help understanding simple boot dryer circuit

hi, i'm trying repair , hack boot dryer, need understanding circuit figure out what's wrong.
here circuit diagram:


i think 1 of 10w resistors main heating element, , second used drop voltage down 120v 12v needed motor, resistors on leds, in case voltage dependant on load, vary motor (specs) . i'm not sure how can work not damage motor.
i thing diods there allow current flow in 1 direction motor can work spining in 1 direction. don't know why put 2 diods in series. also, don't understand role of zenner diod on right of diagram.

this board contains diods , small resistors.


the problem motor seem lack power, after understanding circuit hope figure out 1 faulty component.

after fuse left side branch heating element , thermal switch control heat not more 105'c. right side branch run motor, half wave rectified dc voltage reduced 12v using zenor diode. 2 diodes in series increase piv. 1 led show power "on" , uv led kill bacteria.

Arduino Uno + KTY81/210 temperature sensor

hi, sorry, new , unsure lot of things, need clarification. haven't found information explains how , why things work, "do this, that" i following guide ( arduino-thermistor-temperature-sensor-tutorial ) connect thermistor arduino uno. here temperature sensor information: temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 part.no.:   kty81-210 name:   temp. sensor 2000r +-1% to92 description:   2.5mm, 1980...2020ohm, -55...+150°c and here sensor's data-sheet: sensor data-sheet i have connected same way in guide. works , values being serial printed. what don't understand: 1. thermistor's , resistor's ohm value should equal, correct? in case 2000 ohm? 2. thermistor has ptc, i'm guessing have invert math or use ntc thermistor instead correct values?
