hello everybody! hope of doing well. have read numerous posts subject, being novis in linux field, cannot without explicit step step instructions able repair or tinker under ubuntu. in short, sound has ceased function. did work period of time , no more. have 64 bit version of ubuntu 9.1. have patience perhaps provide me elementary step step instructions attempt restore sound. thank help. when did sound die? when upgraded karmic 9.10? might need reinstall sound drivers/alsa drivers. i feel really close @ getting connected. native ath9k driver did not work. blacklisted driver , proceeded load windows driver came card through ndiswrapper. system sees wireless router not connected router. circle of death of trying connect though. replaced network manager wicd. try , connect, after setting preshared key, , stops @ end saying not obtain ip address. try set static ip, , @ end comes with, "could not contact wireless access point". please help, feel close getting connected don't know if setting on router need change or different driver. driver should fine i'm no expert. have 2 other computers wireless'ly connected router , 1 of them connected via dual boot, ubuntu , win7, @ least these 2 computers don't have issues connecting router. looking suggestions, please! , yes throwing laptop out window acceptable suggestion, or going live winxp installed on instead. btw: had no problems getting wireless connection...

hello guys i bit confused selecting accelerometer sensor. i have blue colourd acclerometer sensor named gy-61 , 1 red coloured sensor written adxl335. new in using accelerometer sensor. so kindly plz 1 me differentiate between two. difference between sensor gy-61 , adxl335. the color different, both have adxl335.
